About

Tai Chi is a gentle, ancient chinese system that incorporates slow movements that is often described as moving meditation.  The exercises help create  balance,  helps with relaxation, enables meditation and teaches self defense.

We practise the Yang style, one of the major styles of  Tai Chi, please come and enjoy the spirit of things at St Paul’s Church Hall, 175 Latrobe Street, Geelong. The class starts at 6:30pm Wednesday and goes for an hour.

On the last Saturday in April we celebrate World Tai Chi and Chi Gong Day in Steampacket gardens at approx 9:30am. Although, it is a private function you are welcome to watch and join in at your discretion and liability. The exercises are gentle and no vigorous.

Private and Group training can be arranged, send an email request: geelongtaichi@gmail.com
