The EYES
Gazing out at eye level. Your gaze follows the movements
of the body. Concentration should be lively, not dead. Avoid
the angry, dead pan or scattered gaze.

Sifu Speaks
1. We should do Tai Chi only in odd-numbered-cycles so
that our start and end position are the same. If evennumbered-cycles are done, will there be any unwanted
energy (chi) flow?
There are some things which were taught by my teacher
which I am passing on to my students, I know it is for the
best results. When one gets spiritually aligned with a Guru
or teacher, you will know where you are heading.
2. Explain about the Centre-of-gravity point, more so with
respect to shifting of weight.
Dan-Tein (store house of Chi) is the centre of gravity point
for a human being (approx 4 cm below the navel and 4 cm
inside). As long as this is maintained the spinal column will
also be aliened well. While one practices Taichi regularly
the Dan-Tein remains the centre of gravity point even while
shifting from one form to the next. If this is true your
balance will also be maintaine
